“Catalysing Competitive Agricultural Women and Youth Enterprises in Kenya and Tanzania’’ project for a one-year period funded by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
Main goal of this project
strengthen the capacities of rural women and youth in Kenya and Tanzania, allowing them to set-up/scale up and run profitable agri-enterprises that ensures their employment and leads to their wealth generation for livelihood improvement. Targets: women and youth groups in Kenya and Tanzania. The training aims at equipping the selected lead women and youth (Trainer of Trainers) from different farmer organizations (FO) and and SMEs with better entrepreneurial knowledge in order for them to run profitable and sustainable businesses.
